Despite its generous length the dish weighs only 0.73 kg, lighter than most glass platters yet strong enough to carry a row of sliders across the patio.Two aluminium leaf handles bolt through the short ends and stay cool when the tray moves warm pastries. The leaf shape spreads load across fingers, giving steady control during busy buffet lines. These grips also raise the base a few millimetres above the table, allowing airflow under hot plates and protecting finishes from heat rings.
