Pulenta Estate Pinot Gris XIV 100% Pinot Gris.The color is yellow with slight greenish tones. On the nose, there are white flowers, peaches and apricots. Very fresh and persistent on the palate with balanced acidity and a long, pleasant finish.Harvest by hand and selecting of the bunches in the winery. Maceration at low temperatures for a few hours then immediately pressed, all in an inert atmosphere to conserve the aromatic expression as well as protect from oxygen. . Alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures in stainlees steel tanks. No malolactic fermentation. No aging in oak.Perfect with roast pork and apple sauce.Pulenta Estate has 2 vineyards located in the main wine-producing areas of Mendoza. Finca La Zulema in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo and Viñedos Don Antonio in Los Árboles, Tunuyán. The strict care in the work of the vineyard allow us to obtain excellent quality results.Pinot Gris is a white-wine grape originally from the vineyards of Burgundy.
