Generous and silky.Harvested when the fruit is showing fresh berry flavours, ripe tannins and structure, then fermented on skins days at 20-24ºC to maximise the flavour development with a combination of American and French oak for 5-6 days.Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
