The sweet and juicy tannins carry hints of chocolate and pomegranate on the palate. Seductively soft and beguiling, it rewards every sip with a long and gentle finish. Perfect for fillet, beef or risotto dishes. Machine/hand picked from Vineyards in the Western Cape. Soil in the Western Cape is ancient weathered soils, of alluvial or volcanic origin. 35 Percent oak matured for 8-10 months. 90 Percent French oak and 10 Percent American oak staves.Think 25: Please be prepared to show ID when receiving alcohol deliveries.
