As well as creating classics such as pad thai, stir frys, chow mein and dan dan noodles, a wok is an extremely versatile addition to any kitchen and can be used for braising, making soups and sauces and for deep frying and steaming.This Stoven carbon steel wok requires seasoning before using it for the first time (full instructions included).
