A comforting moisturiser that provides intense, soothing hydration to the skin. The Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream helps to strengthen external barriers and calms extremely sensitive skin. Recovery creams, while providing hydration and moisture, focus mainly on repairing damaged and irritated skin, which is why this product is ideal for those who suffer from severe skin conditions such as acne, eczema, rosacea, intense sensitivity and more. Guaiazulene, which gives the cream its natural blue colour, is a plant-based component extracted from chamomile oil. It is a powerful skin-calming agent. It is also effective in skin cell regeneration. This unique ingredient, originally seen in Japanese skincare, has been through Japanese clinical trials which demonstrated recovery effects of 89.7% in sunburns, 60.6% in eczema, and 86.5% in ulcerative skin diseases. Centella Asiatica extract, derived from a Madagascar-native plant known as ‘tiger grass’, helps damaged skin to regenerate and prevents scarring. Among other beneficial ingredients, you will find Sodium Hyaluronate which holds 1000x its own molecular weight in water, argan oil and shea butter for deep moisturising. Ceramide 3 & Peptides are other hero ingredients which are amazing for intensive skin repair and dramatic anti-ageing benefits. Perfect for all types of sensitive skin. It will tackle sun-damaged skin & soothe acne-prone skin. This cream can also be used as a spot treatment, or as an eye cream for soothing purposes. Using a ring finger, take a small amount of product and pat the product around the eye area.
