The saucepan also comes complete with a tempered glass lid, that will allow you to keep the heat inside the pot when in use.FORGED ALUMINIUM CONSTRUCTION – Whilst the surface of the frying pan is non-stick and anti-scratch, the whole pan is manufactured from forged aluminium, making it suitable to be used on all hob types, including gas, electric, and induction.OVENPROOF – This small saucepan has the ability to be placed in the oven, and can withstand heat of up to 220°C. The pan also features an ergonomic stainless steel handle, that is cool to touch (excluding oven use), and features a hanging hole that allows you to hang up the pan after use.
