Each of the mills have a single S or P on the nut of the grinder to instantly highlight which mill is housing which seasoning.ADJUSTABLE COARSENESS – The salt and pepper set features adjustable grind settings that allows you to easily switch between a fine or coarse finish. To change, simply remove the top nut off the mills, and then turn the nut clockwise for a fine grind, or anti-clockwise for a courser grind.CERAMIC GRINDING CORE – Each of the salt and pepper shakers features a hard-wearing and robust ceramic grinding core, that will stand the test of time when used during mealtimes.
