Description
It was simply zeitgeist - WIKING takes up the contemporary bicolor design with pearl white flanks on the blue body of the DKW Schnelllaster Bus. The two-tone, always harmonious and pleasing contrasting body design was favored for the bus versions of the 1950s and 1960s. It should look noble and, of course, immediately catch the eye. In this way, WIKING once again completes the series of economic miracle buses with the legendary DKW Schnelllaster. From 1955 to 1962, the DKW Schnelllaster was built as type 3 with a three-cylinder engine with 896 cubic centimeters and 32 HP. The DKW Transporter was considered a manoeuvrable vehicle for the first transport tasks in nearby delivery and distribution traffic, and was also equipped and delivered as a minibus.
