Description
The classic cubic semi-trailer This is how you experienced it on German autobahns in those years: The cubic series from Mercedes-Benz in azure blue factory delivery provided a boost for the tractor-trailer combinations, which were rather the exception in the times of the previous generation. The cubic series celebrated its premiere as early as 1963. With a completely new, cubic cabin, the entire Mercedes-Benz truck range was later redesigned in terms of design - Functionality was the top priority at the time. The design language turned out to be matter-of-fact and sober, deliberately missing the gentle curves of the 1950s. Up until then, vertical, straight outer walls made it possible to have unusually large interior space in the cabin. Large-scale panes, large windscreen wipers and the standard windscreen washer system ensured a clear view and a modern, functional appearance.
