Description

The Cobalt silo truck is now available as a trailer combinationThis team breathes the aura of WIKING Because this time, the model builders have taken on the traditional chemical trailer and at the same time assembled it into a transport trailer with the two-person silo structure. The fact that a contemporary MAN tractor unit completes the combination makes this model in the colors of the Gelsenkirchen Scholven-Chemie both authentic and attractive at the same time. WIKING once found the model in Hamburg. There, the tanker and silo truck specialist Cobalt built the silo trailer for cement and other transports. Cobalt once made the chemical trailer with two containers from V2A steel. Each silo had a capacity of 9.5 cubic meters, the payload was specified at the factory at 19 tons. The handling of the transported goods could be advanced by evacuating the compressed air. The Gelsenkirchen district of Scholven gave the petrochemical site its name. From then on everyone knew that behind the Scholven company there were products made of mineral oil - the transporters with the clear sender also included the cobalt trailer combination.Year of manufacture1969-94Product detailsTractor with blue driver's cab, chassis, cardboard component as well as fenders and rims.
