The button on the top of the front light will turn red and the button on the rear light will start flashing green, this is indicating that the light needs chargingMODES: There are 3 functions for the front light which include constant with 100% brightness (run time up to 1.5 hrs), constant with 50% brightness (run time up to 3.5 hrs) and also a flashing mode (run time up to 3.5 hrs).
