The constant modes are eco beam 30% (run time of 8 hrs), normal beam 30% (run time of 3.6 hrs), medium beam 50% (run time of 2.5 hrs) and high beam 100% (run time of 1.2 hrs). The flashing modes are slow flash with normal beam (run time of 20 hrs), slow flash with medium beam (run time of 4 hrs), slow flash with high beam (run time of 2.2 hrs) and quick flash with medium beam (run time of 9 hrs)USAGE: This light set is supplied with mounting brackets that have a silicone strap which makes it easy to attach/detach the light from the bike.
