Includes pump dispenser and detailed instruction sheet. ULTRA HI-FLOAT is a liquid plastic solution that dries inside a balloon to form a coating that holds in Helium. Latex balloons treated with Ultra Hi-Float can float up to 25 times longer when kept indoors in a climate controlled location. It's the same proven product used by professionals and easy to use. The balloons can be inflated a day before the event. Completely safe, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-irritating and environmentally friendly. Ideal to be used with disposable helium canisters. Before use, please read carefully the instructions, warnings and the troubleshooting guide included.
