Description
Shade yourself from the sunshine all day long with the Christow Crank and Tilt Parasol. Perfect for a 6 to 8-seater table, it features a large 2.7-metre canopy with a tilt mechanism to block out low-lying sun, available in a range of colours to complement any outdoor setting. The canopy is made from durable 180g polyester and is rated UV30+ to protect you from harmful UV rays. It's also water-resistant to keep you dry during lighter showers. The parasol is easy to operate with a crank handle that allows you to effortlessly open and close the canopy. Simply turn the handle clockwise to open and anticlockwise to close when you're done. A tilting mechanism at the top of the pole lets you adjust the canopy to block the sun as it rises and sets, making it perfect for an al fresco breakfast or a summer evening outdoors. An air vent at the top of the canopy helps to circulate air and keep you cool in humid weather while also reducing uplift in breezy conditions. The parasol’s pole and ribs are made from lightweight, rust-resistant aluminium with a powder coating to protect against corrosion. The parasol is easy to assemble, coming in two sections that simply slot together. It can also be easily disassembled for convenient storage. Please note that a parasol base is not included, so you’ll need to purchase one separately. The steel pole has a 38mm diameter and is compatible with most parasol bases.
