Description
If you're searching for a space-saving parasol for a smaller patio or balcony, the 2.7m Half Parasol from Christow is an ideal solution. It offers the same protection as a regular parasol but takes up half the space, making it perfect for positioning flat against a fence or wall. The parasol features a crank handle for easy operation—simply turn the handle one way to open the canopy and the other way to close it. The canopy is made from durable 180g polyester material, available in contemporary grey or cream. Unlike cotton and other natural fibers, polyester resists stretching, snagging, and tearing. The canopy also has a UV30+ rating, offering protection from harmful ultraviolet rays and ensuring excellent skin protection. The pole and ribs are crafted from heavy-duty steel with a powder-coated finish to prevent rust and corrosion. Steel provides greater strength and stability than wood or aluminum. The parasol comes in two sections that seamlessly slot together for quick and easy assembly, with instructions included. It can also be disassembled for compact storage. An air vent at the top of the canopy allows for air circulation to keep you cool, but it's recommended to take the parasol down in particularly windy conditions. The parasol is compatible with any base that has a 38mm diameter tube. For a flat positioning against a wall, a semi-circular base designed specifically for half parasols is recommended.
