Regional Information

The Peloponnese region is one of the most viticulturally productive areas in Greece, renowned for its indigenous grape varieties and diverse terroir.

Vinification Details

The winemaking process begins with 3-6 hours of skin contact at 14°C to enhance aromatic extraction and structure. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats at 16°C, preserving the wine’s freshness and varietal character. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a short period of ageing on fine lees, which adds texture and subtle complexity.
