Regional Information

Located on the right bank of Bordeaux, the Saint-Émilion appellation is distinguished by its rolling landscapes, which are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its vineyards are planted on varied soils, predominantly clay-limestone. Planted mainly with Merlot, it produces round, structured wines with excellent aging potential. Its classification, which is regularly revised, makes it a dynamic appellation known for its high quality.

Vinification Details

The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand. Vinification is carried out in concrete vats equipped with temperature control to allow very careful monitoring of fermentation and maceration.
