Our coastal vineyards, including Dillons Point sites within 10 km of the Pacific Ocean, benefit from free draining soils and a maritime climate that preserves vibrant acidity and intense fruit. The large diurnal range slows ripening, ensuring crisp freshness and varietal clarity. Sustainably farmed and certified by Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand, these 20- year-old vines consistently deliver concentrated flavour and depth.

Vinification Details

Award‑winning winemaker Matt Thompson carefully selected coastal grape parcels, which are whole‑cluster pressed and fermented under cool, controlled conditions to preserve brightness and aromatic precision. Minimal skin contact and gentle lees contact enhance purity and subtle texture without compromising freshness. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc of striking balance, expressive fruit, and poised elegance.
