Preparation and Usage
Pibil pork
Serves 2.
Cooking time: 2 hours.
Method: Oven
Ingredients:
30ml (2 tbsp) oil.
750g Pork Shoulder.
1 onion.
1 jar of Tesco Finest Pibil Sauce.
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/Fan 150°C/ Gas 3.
2. Score the pork shoulder with a knife.
3. Add oil to a casserole dish and sear the meat, cover with sauce and a sliced onion.
4. Rinse the sauce jar with 100 ml of water and add it back to the meat. Cook pork for 2 hours.
5. Shred with forks and mix through the cooking liquid.
To serve: With tacos or tortilla wraps.
