How to Prepare and Plate01 Decant the meat and the juices from the pouch into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.02 Remove the foil and baste the lamb. At the same time, place the butternut squash wedges into a roasting tray and put both trays in the oven uncovered for 15 minutes.03 Baste the lamb again, baste the butternut squash wedges and cook both for a further 10 minutes.04 Remove the lamb and butternut squash wedges from the oven and allow the lamb to rest for 2 minutes before removing the bone and shredding.05 To plate, evenly divide the lamb and butternut squash between two plates. Spoon on the mango amba sauce, and finish with the chilli & coriander pickle.Cooking InstructionsOven - ChilledRemove outer packaging and place both sauce sachets and the butternut squash wedges to one side.- Decant the meat and the juices from the lamb pouch into the foil tray provided.
