Preparation and Usage
Shake well before use. Pour half of the marinade over 450g chicken. Cover and place in the fridge for up to 24 hours to allow flavours to absorb. Cook thoroughly. Add remaining marinade for last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve or transfer to barbecue for a chargrilled appearance. This method works well with other meats too.
