Instructions: 1. Place sealed bag of dim'sum in the microwave[Please do not open or pierce bag!]2. Microwave for 2 mins [900W] or 2 mins 20 seconds [750W]3. Remove tray from bag and leave to stand for 3 mins
Cooking Instructions
Instructions: Add your favourite sauce to the dipping well, Serve & enjoy!Warning: contents will be hot!For guidance only, Cooking appliances will vary. please ensure dim'sum are cooked until piping hot. do not re-heat once cooked.
Steam
Instructions: 1. Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line a colander [or use a steamer liner]2. Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water3. Place dim'sum in the colander cover with a lid and steam for 12 mins4. Leave to stand for 1 min
