Microwave from frozen
Instructions: Remove outer packaging and film lid. Place on a non-metallic plate. Add 2 tbsp of water to the edge of the tray. Cook for 11 minutes (700W) / 9 minutes (900W). After cooking, check the food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Instructions: Check the food is piping hot before serving. After cooking, leave the tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only - cooking appliances may vary.
Oven cook
Instructions: For best results oven bake. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. Remove outer packaging and film lid. Add 2 tbsp of water to the edge of the pack. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 40 minutes. After cooking, check the food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
