Preparation and Usage

How to Prepare and Plate01 Decant the meat and juices into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes.02 Remove the foil and baste the lamb. At the same time, place the fennel into a roasting tray and put both trays in the oven uncovered for 15 minutes.03 Baste the lamb again, turn the fennel, and cook both for a further 10 minutes.04 Remove the lamb and fennel from the oven and discard the cooking juices. Allow the lamb to rest for 2 minutes on a warm plate before shredding.05 To plate, divide the lamb evenly between two plates. Place the fennel next to the lamb, drizzle over the citrus salsa verde dressing, and finish with a spoonful of apricot & rosemary chutney.

Instructions: 1-5 STEP GUIDE 1. Decant the meat and juices into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes. 2. Remove the foil and baste the lamb. TECHNICAL COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Remove all packaging and set aside the sauce sachets and fennel. - Decant the lamb and its juices into the foil tray provided. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 7 20 mins Remove the foil and baste the lamb. At the same time, place the fennel into a roasting tray and put both trays in the oven uncovered for 15 mins Baste the lamb again, turn the fennel, and cook both for a further 10 mins - Remove the lamb and fennel from the oven and discard the cooking juices. Allow the lamb to rest for 2 minutes on a warm plate before shredding. - Shred the lamb and divide evenly between 2 plates. Place the fennel next to the lamb shoulder, drizzle over the citrus salsa verde, and finished with a spoonful of apricot and rosemary chutney.

Storage

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown. Not suitable for freezing.
