Microwave from frozen

Instructions: (Based on 850W). Instructions: Remove kebabs from packaging and place up to 3 kebabs onto a microwavable plate. Cook on full power for 1.5 minutes - 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: For best results. Cook from frozen. it allowed to thaw, reduce cooking time.All cooking appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Ensure the kebabs are cooked well and piping hot throughout.

Oven cook

Instructions: Preheat oven fan 180°C, Gas 6, 200°C. Remove kebabs from packaging. Place kebabs onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Air Fry

Instructions: Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Place the frozen kebabs in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning them over halfway through, or until they are piping hot inside.

Barbecue

Instructions: Cook in the oven first as above, then finish off on the BBQ.

Grill

Instructions: Preheat grill on a medium setting. Remove kebabs from packaging. Place under the grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.

Storage

Store below -18°C. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and cook within 24 hours.
