White's PRDG Oats Date & Coconut 450g A wonderful new way to eat our oats. White's is proud to bring you a delicious natural blend of wholegrain oats, dates, toasted coconut, creamy coconut milk, and date sugar - offering an indulgent taste to complement your day.Porridge oats are a great source of soluble fibre beta-glucan, which has been shown to reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of oat beta-glucan. One 50g serving provides 1.25g of beta-glucan soluble fibre from whole oats, which is 42% of the 3g recommended daily intake. The inclusion of oats as part of a diet low in saturated fat and a healthy lifestyle can help maintain normal cholesterol levels.

Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Overnight: Add 2 scoops of oats (50g) to a bowl, top with 2 1/2 scoops (110ml) of cold water or milk. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 2 hours. Stir and enjoy.

Hob

Instructions: Add 2 scoops (50g) of oats and 4 scoops (175ml) of milk or water to a saucepan. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir and allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from strong odours and direct sunlight. Best before: See base of pack.
