Preparation and Usage

<p>Birria Beef Brisket<br>Serves 2.<br>Cooking time: 2 hours<br>Method: Oven/ slow cooker</p><p>Ingredients: 30ml (2 tbsp) oil.<br>750g Beef Brisket.<br>1 jar of Tesco Finest Birria Sauce.<br>1 onion.</p><p> </p><p>Method: <br>1. Preheat the oven to 170°C/Fan 150°C/ Gas 3.<br>2. Score the Beef brisket with a knife.<br>3. Add oil to a casserole dish and sear the meat, cover with sauce and a sliced onion. </p><p>4. Rinse the sauce jar with 100ml of water and add it back to the meat. Cook beef for 2 hours.<br>5. Remove and shred the meat with forks. Add 100ml of water to the cooking liquid, stir through and simmer for a couple of minutes for a flavourful dipping broth.</p><p>To serve: Serve with tacos or tortilla wraps and use the broth for dipping</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><figure class="table"><table><tbody><tr><td rowspan="1"> </td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
