How to Prepare and Plate
1. Decant the meat and juices from the pouch into the foil tray and place the chicken skin side up. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 20 minutes.
2. Remove from the oven and pour the contents of the tikka spiced yogurt over the chicken and evenly coat with the back of a spoon. Cook for a further 15 minutes for maximum succulence.
3. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
4. For best results, carve the chicken off the bone and slice across the width of the breast.
5. To plate, open the sachet of coconut & coriander sauce and spoon onto the plate. Place the sliced chicken on top and serve the date & tamarind chutney on the side.
