Oven

Instructions: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 25 mins For best results, oven cook. Remove pouch from box and place the sauce sachet to one side. Decant contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, discard foil and drain half of the cooking juices. Using two forks pull the meat apart to shred. Gently shake the sauce sachet before opening. Add the sachet of sauce and stir. Return to oven uncovered and cook for a further 5 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Instructions: AIR FRY 180°CBased on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.Place chicken thighs skin side up in a single layer and cook for 12 minutes.Drain half of the cooking juices.Using two forks pull the meat apart to shred, and pour over the sachet of sauce.Return to air fryer for a further 4 minutes.Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.Do not reheat.
