Preparation and Usage

Handling InformationUse separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw and cooked meat or wash thoroughly after use. Always wash your hands after handling raw meat.

Oven cook

Instructions: Remove all packaging.Preheated oven to 220°C/200°C Fan. Place tray in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes. Check product is piping hot before serving. These cooking instructions are a guideline only. This product must be cooked thoroughly. Do not reheat.

Storage

For use by date see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C - 3°C. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Use with 30 days of freeze date. Defrost product thoroughly in fridge before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
