Oven cook

Instructions: Remove gammon from outer bag.190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5.30 mins per 500g plus 30 mins.Place in a roasting tray and cover loosely with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for calculated time on front of pack. 20 minutes before end of cooking remove foil, baste with cooking juices and place back into the oven to finish.Once cooked, remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Remove outer casing, carve and serve.CautionThis product contains raw meat.Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. All appliances vary, These are guidelines only. Tesco recommends that meat products are cooked thoroughly.

Storage

Keep refrigerated.Once opened, consume within 1 day and by use by date shown. Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by use by date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 to 48 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
