Preparation and Usage

Remove all packaging and place glaze sachet to one side.

After handling sachet, wash hands thoroughly.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 190, 170, 5Time: 2 hoursOven: 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5. Chilled: 2 hours. Place joint in a roasting tray, cover with foil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from oven, discard foil and drain the juices. Return to the oven and cook for a further 20 minutes. Remove from oven and pour the contents of the glaze sachet evenly over the top of the joint. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Once cooked, remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 days and by 'use by' date shown.
