Serve between 14 and 16°C to accompany dishes such as charcuterie, tapes, pizza, chicken kebabs, red meats, mild cheeses and red fruit desserts.

Vinification: Manual harvesting followed by triple sorting: in the vineyard, on loading and at reception. Traditional winemaking with semi-carbonic maceration, in stainless steel to preserve the rich fruit aromas.

"Beaujolais is officially part of Greater Burgundy, the winemaking region. Its name goes back to the lords of Beaujeu who occupied the region until 1400. Red Beaujolais represents 97% of the volume of wine produced with the AOC Beaujolais label."
