Cooking InstructionsRemove all packaging and place the sachets to one side.Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish with the skin facing upwards. For an extra crispy finish to the crackling, before cooking, pat the skin dry and rub with 3g of salt, leave for 10 minutes then wipe the salt off and dry the skin with kitchen roll. Sprinkle with 1 g of salt and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven.240°C/Fan 220°C/gas 9, 30 minsThen reduce temperature to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas, 8For another chilled 30 minutes or until the fat has crisped.Remove from the oven, drain off any excess fat and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving.SauceMeanwhile heat the sauce and jus. Open each of the sachets and pour the contents into separate saucepans and heat on the hob for 2-3 minutes until piping hot, stirring frequently. Do not allow to boil.To serve: Pour the apple and calvados sauce onto a plate or shallow dish, place the pork belly on top. Add the onion jus to finish.ImportantNot suitable for microwave cooking.
