Pierce film several times & pop in the microwave.During: Halfway through peel back the film & add 1 tbsp (15ml) of water to the noodles & rice & stir well. Re-cover & continue cooking.After: Check food is piping hot & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.3.00 min, 800w2.30 min, 900wCurry sauce & teriyaki chicken pops:Before: Remove outer sleeve. Remove chicken pops and set aside. Pierce film several times over the curry sauce and pop in microwave. During: Halfway through, peel back the film, stir the curry sauce and add the chicken pops back into their compartment. Re-cover and continue cooking. After: Check food is piping hor & allow to stand for 1 min. Stir & tuck in.4.30 min, 800w4.00 min, 900W
