Microwave from frozen
Instructions: 800W, 9 minsTake your meal out of the box and pierce film lid several times. Heat in the microwave on full power for 6 mins. Peel back the film lid. Stir well. Re-cover. Heat on full power for 3 mins. Leave it for 1 minute. Stir. Eat.
Oven cook
Instructions: 45 mins, 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas mark 6Pre-heat oven. Take your meal out of the box and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray.Cook in the middle of the oven for 30 mins. Peel back the film lid. Stir well. Re-cover. Cook for 15 mins.Leave it for 1 minute. Stir. Eat
