Oven

Instructions: 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 15 mins per 500g plus 10 mins uncovered Remove product from carton and place gravy sachet to one side. Decant the meat and juices from the pouch into the foil tray. Cover with a piece of greaseproof paper and lightly cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 15 mins per 500g. Remove from oven and discard greaseproof paper and foil. Baste the turkey with juices. Turn oven temperature up 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7 and return to oven for the final 10 mins. Remove from oven and baste with juices and rest for 10 minutes before serving. While the turkey is resting, heat the unopened gravy sachet in a saucepan of simmering water for 2 minutes or until warmed through. Remove and leave to stand for 2 minutes. Pour over the carved turkey or serve on the side. Do not reheat.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
