Preparation and Usage
WHAT YOU NEED
1 MEDIUM EGG
30ml COLD WATER
25g UNSALTED BUTTER, MELTED
70g SOFTENED UNSALTED BUTTER
8 INCH (20CM) ROUND CAKE TIN LINED WITH GREASEPROOF PAPER

COLOURED SUGAR COATED COCOA CANDY BEANS
BLACK ICING TUBE
Cooking time: Approx. 20 minutes | Method: Oven
To make the brownies:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4.
2. Grease and line a 8” (20cm) round cake tin.
3. Empty the brownie mix into a bowl, add 1 medium egg, 30ml cold water and 25g of melted unsalted butter.
4. Using a spoon mix together all the ingredients to form a lumpy mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into the lined tin.
6. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and leave to cool in the tin. Once cooled, remove from the tin and divide equally into 8 triangle slices.
To make the frosting:
8. Empty the vanilla flavour frosting mix sachet (and keep the sachet for later use) into a bowl, add 70g softened unsalted butter and mix well until light and fluffy.
9. Carefully snip the corner of the sachet to create a piping bag and place the frosting back into the sachet.
To decorate:
10. Using the vanilla flavour frosting, cocoa candy beans and black icing tube to create the features for 8 snowmen.
