Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 180, 160, 4Time: Chilled: 50 - 60 minsAllow joint to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking. Drizzle the joint with a little oil. Place joint in a roasting tray and roast in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 50 minutes (medium) or 60 minutes (well done). Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Carve and pour over some of the cooking juices before serving.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
