Preparation and Usage

Method: Developed for pork and chicken, sweet and sticky-icky with authentic bbq flavours. Perfect for pulled pork, chicken thighs and wings. Apply rub at least 1 hour before cooking to marinade. Best cooked away from direct heat to avoid over charring.
