Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 180, 160, 4Time: Chilled: 45-55 mins.Remove all packaging. Allow rack to rest for 10 minutes at room temperature before cooking. Drizzle the rack with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Place rack in a roasting tray and roast in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes (medium) or 55 minutes (well done). Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Carve and pour over some of the cooking juices before serving.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
