Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 10 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
Oven
Instructions: 180°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 6 12-15 mins. Place butter pellet on top of fillet. Wrap fillet and butter loosely in greaseproof paper, place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.
Microwave
Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Shallow Fry
Instructions: For best results pan fry. PAN FRY 12 mins. Place butter pellet to one side. Pan fry fish skin side down in a little oil (10ml) over a medium heat, turning halfway through. Remove fish from pan. Add butter pellet to the same pan and heat until melted. Pour over the fish and serve immediately.
Other
Instructions: Air Fry 200°C 10-12 minutes.Based on minimum 3.8 litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.Place salmon fillets and butter pellet in the air fryer in a single layer.Leave to stand for 2 minutes after cooking.
