Preparation and Usage

Method:Developed with pork and chicken in mind to give a sensational flavour for slow-cooked meats. For a perfect pulled pork, generously coat a shoulder of pork and roast. After pulling sprinkle a little more to boost flavour. Why not try mixing through your homemade coleslaw too for a hint of Carolina sweetness, mustard tang, and a spicy finish!
