Microwave

Instructions: 800W 8 mins / 900W 7 mins 30 secsPlace the pouch into a microwaveable dish and pierce top of the pouch several times.Cook on full power for: 800W/900W 6 mins.Remove from the microwave, gently shake pouch and cook on full power for: 2 minutes (800W) / 1 minute 30 seconds (900W).Stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing meat from pouch. Stir sauce before serving.

Hob

Instructions: For best results cook on the hob.Remove outer packaging.8 - 10 minutesEmpty contents of pouch into a saucepan.Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.Do not allow to boil.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated.
