A Chinese inspired seasoning made from dried chilli, dried garlic, five spice & dried onion.We took inspiration from Chinese takeaway salt 'N' pepper chilli ribs, chips and wings!!!

Sea Salt (35%), Sugar, Dried Red Pepper, Dried Garlic, Chilli Flakes (6%), Cayenne Pepper (4%), Five Spice (4%) (Star Anise, Cinnamon, Fennel, Black Pepper, Cloves), Dried Onion (3.5%), Flavour Enhancers: E621, E631, E627, Roasted Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Rapeseed Oil, Anticaking Agent: Silicon Dioxide, Chives, Star Anise

Preparation and Usage

Method: Apply seasoning to protein/veg with a light coating of oil, allow to soak in and marinate for 1 hour. Cook in the oven, air fryer or indirect on the BBQ for best results. Why not try seasoning your chips or wings with our Chinese Salt and Pepper too for 'kung fu' results! Use at around 30g per 500g of protein.
