INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Brown Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chunks (9%) [Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier (Lecithins)], Hazelnut (5%), Dark Chocolate (4.5%) [Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Emulsifier (Lecithins), Flavouring], Cocoa Powder, Thickener (Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose), Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt, Natural Hazelnut Flavouring, Caramelised Sugar, Maltodextrin, Antioxidant (Extracts of Rosemary).

Preparation and Usage
Cooking time: 12 minutes

TO MAKE THE COOKIES
You will need: 30g melted unsalted butter; 1 medium egg; 10 ml boiling water; greaseproof paper
PREPARE THE COOKIES:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
2. Empty the content of the pouch into a bowl. Add the melted butter and the egg.
3. Mix with a wooden spatula. Knead until obtaining a ball.
4. Shape 8 small balls of equivalent size. Place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Flatten them a little with the hand.
5. Bake in the middle of the oven for 12min at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6.
PREPARE THE GLAZING AND DECORATE:
1. Empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl and add 10 ml of boiling water.
2. Mix to obtain smooth glaze.
3. Spread the glaze on the top of the cookies and let cool.
