Alcohol free wine based drinkOur wines are made by traditional winemaking methods. Once the wine is fully fermented, we use a gentle vacuum distillation process to remove the alcohol. By lowering the boiling point of the alcohol to approximately 30°C, we can extract the alcohol without "cooking" the wine, ensuring that the delicate varietal aromas and characteristic flavours are preserved.A refined and light-bodied alcohol-free red.
