Oven

Instructions: 240°C / Fan 220°C / Gas 9 35 mins For best results, oven cook. Remove product from box and place the sauce sachet to one side. Decant pork belly and juices from pouch into an ovenable tray. Place tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 240°C / Fan 220°C / Gas 9 35 mins Rind sheet: Decant pork rind onto wire rack fat side down, pat rind dry and generously sprinkle with salt and 1 teaspoon of oil. Place wire rack in the centre of a pre-heated oven and cook for 20 minutes or until pork rind crackles. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Break crackling into chunks to serve. Do not reheat.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Hob

Instructions: Sauce sachet.Do not open sauce sachet before heating.Heat the sachet in a saucepan of simmering water for 2 minutes or until warmed through.Drain water and allow to stand for 2 minutes then open sachet and pour contents into a small jug.Pour over belly or serve on the side.Do not reheat.

Other

Instructions: Air Fry200°C 20 minsBased on a 3.8litre capacity air fryer.Pre-heat air fryer.Remove product from box and place the sauce sachet to one side.Decant meat and juices from pouch into the air fryer.Decant pork rind and place on top of the pork belly, placing rind fat side down.Pat rind dry and generously sprinkle with salt and 1 teaspoon of oil.Cook for200°C20 minsor until pork rind crackles.Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.Break crackling into chunks to serve.Do not reheat.

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by ‘use by’ date shown.
