Preparation and Usage

For best results do not prick sausage skin.

AIR FRYER Instruction

Chilled 180°C. 8-10 minutes.

Based on minimum 3.8 litres capacity air fryer.

Pre-heat air fryer. Place 18 sausages in the air fryer in a single layer. Shake halfway through cooking.

Oven

Instructions: Temperature: 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6Time: 18–20 minsFor best results, oven cook Chilled Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 18 - 20mins Place in a single layer on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven. Turn halfway through cooking.

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking

Storage

Suitable for freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Once defrosted use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 2 days and by 'use by' date shown.
